Lately we’ve been experimenting with mocktail recipes. This one is so simple, yet looks amazing because of the way Butterfly Blue Tea reacts with the citrus.

Purple-Tea-Ni
Ingredients
- 8 oz Butterfly Blue Tea (brewed & chilled)
- 1 oz Savannah’s Lemon Meringue simple syrup
- splash Lemon juice
Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice and shake.

Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon curl.
