Green Tea

Green tea has recently gotten a lot of buzz due to being rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants. It’s milder than black tea and has a fresh, clean taste. It also has a lower caffeine level than black tea and may help boost the immune system and lower cholesterol. If you’ve been hesitant to drink green tea, you’ll find these flavors are so much fun you’ll forget they’re so healthy!
