Thai Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Vanilla Island brewed tea
Milk mixture
- 4 Tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Spice mixture
- 1 tsp Cloves ground
- 1 tsp Cardamom ground
- 1 tsp Star Anise ground
Instructions

Brew Vanilla Island tea a bit stronger than usual and set aside until it cools to room temperature. Then place it in refrigerator to chill before making your drink.
Spice Mix

In an empty jar with a lid, combine equal parts of ground cloves, cardamom, and star anise.

Cover and mark the jar, then set aside until needed. (This will be enough to make several drinks.)
Milk Mixture

Combine the condensed milk and coconut milk.

Add in about ¼ tsp of the Spice Mix. Whisk to combine, then set aside until you're ready to make your drink. (This will be enough for a couple of drinks.)
Assemble the Drink

When you're ready to make your drink, fill a glass with ice. Pour tea over the ice leaving about an inch of room.

Stir the Milk Mixture again and pour about 2-3 Tbsp over top of the tea & ice. It will drizzle down through the tea. While this makes a great presentation, remember to stir to combine before drinking.
