  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. Xanthan gum
  • Dash of salt
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Spice Chai brewed tea
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground cardamom
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter melted

Powdered Sugar Drizzle

  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Melted butter
  • Vanilla Spice Chai brewed tea

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, 2 tsp. sugar, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and 1/2 cup of Vanilla Spice Chai brewed tea.

  2. Once dough is well-combined, pat or roll into a 1/4” thick rectangle.

  3. Combine 1 Tbsp sugar and spices. Spread dough with 1 Tbsp melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar & spice mix. Carefully roll the dough, starting at the narrow end.

  4. Cut into four pieces and place on pan with rings facing up. Press to flatten slightly. Bake at 350º F for about 12-15 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool slightly, then spread with powdered sugar drizzle (combine powdered sugar and melted butter, then gradually add 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Spice Chai tea at a time until desired consistency). Serves 4.
