Watermelon-Mint Coolers

This tasty beverage couldn’t get much easier! Since I’m not a huge watermelon fan, I like adding a little coconut syrup to sweeten it up a bit. (Alan prefers it without.) ~ Marlys

Watermelon-Mint Coolers

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Watermelon puree seedless
  • 1 cup Mint on the Veranda brewed tea
  • 1/4 cup Lemon-lime soda
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew Mint on the Veranda tea and set aside to cool before combining with other ingredients.

  2. Cut seedless watermelon in half, then scoop spoonfuls into the blender. Pulse to puree until about the consistency of watery applesauce. Strain if desired.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir gently. Chill for at least an hour, then stir again before serving.
