Toasted Coconut
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
Instructions

Spread coconut evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in a 375º F oven. Keep an eye on it as the coconut browns, then remove pan and stir to mix it up. Return it to the oven. Repeat this step three or four times until most of the coconut is golden brown. (Takes about 15 minutes or so.)
