We’ve seen the “pour-over” style tea brewers before, but most of them have a design complication: if you’re not careful when you set it down, it can leak tea out all over your table.
So when we found this innovative design a few weeks ago, we were excited to give it a whirl. (In fact, it’s so new that we were one of the first in the country to give it a try.) Here’s what we recommend:
Place your favorite loose-leaf tea into this BPA-free glass carafe, pour in the proper temperature of water, and steep for the amount of time recommended for that tea type. When the tea is ready, simply hold above your mug and press the lever to allow the filtered tea to stream into your cup!
