For years, we wanted to create a tea-infused butter, but struggled to figure out a good way to do it. Then we discovered this handy butter-making device and it was a snap!
All you need is heavy whipping cream infused with your favorite tea and this cool tool. If you always thought making butter was complicated … not anymore! (You’ll find our Tea-infused Butter recipe right here in our blog.) And as a bonus, you get an upper-body workout, too.
Once you have tea-infused butter, one great idea is using it to infuse your cookie recipes. We personally love using chai butter to make Slice-&-bake Sugar Cookies. (Be sure to look for that recipe in Issue 9 of our eMagazine.)
