Several years ago, we made an amazing discovery: it’s possible to use finely-ground rooibos in an espresso maker! So we have a machine that’s never seen a coffee bean … we use it only for rooibos.
To kick off our 31 Days of Tea challenge (and the New Year), we decided there was no better place to begin, so we made a short how-to video for you. Alan drinks his latte with straight rooibos, while I added a bit of Toasted Marshmallow syrup to mine. And we enjoy drinking our lattes in matching mugs from one of our favorite hotels, the Elms in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. ~ Marlys
