Day 31 of 31 Days of Tea: Sweetheart Latte

It’s hard to believe the 31 Days of Tea is coming to an end! We’ve had a blast taking this month-long adventure with you. And now, it only seems appropriate to wrap up the same way we began – with a quick recipe video for you.

This time, we’re making a Sweetheart Latte using our Berry Chocolate Infatuation black tea. Now you have a new idea to make for February! ~ Marlys

What we used to make this:

Handheld milk frother (available from Sur La Table)

This is an awesome tool to have on hand if you don’t have an espresso machine (or simply don’t want to start it up). These frothers are battery-operated and make a perfect cup of foam, as you see in the video. One thing to remember … don’t remove it from the milk while it’s running. And use a tall glass with only about an inch of milk in the bottom (like what we used). Otherwise, you’ll have foam running over!

(We recommend the Aerolatte milk frother, but Sur La Table also sells one from Zyliss.)
