Ingredients

  • 1 qt Half-&-half infused with 1/4 cup Carrot Cake Fascination loose tea or your favorite flavor
  • 3/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place loose tea in the milk and let it cold steep in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours), then use a strainer to remove the loose tea.
  2. Mix ingredients together and pour into your favorite ice cream freezer and follow the manufacturer's instructions for soft-serve ice cream. To firm it up even more, scoop out into a freezer-safe bowl and place in freezer for 2-4 hours. Makes 2 quarts of ice cream.

Recipe Notes

Variation: Peach & Blue Ice Cream

  1. Infuse half-&-half with Peach Dynasty loose tea, then make ice cream as directed.
  2. Once ice cream is nearly frozen, add a half cup of blueberries and either fresh or frozen peaches (cut into 1/2-inch chunks).
