
Brew Vanilla Island tea slightly stronger than directed and let cool to room temperature. Pour uncooked rice into cooled tea, cover and soak in fridge overnight.
Add cinnamon to rice mixture and puree in blender. Strain with a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Stir in sugar and cold water, then mix well. Chill before serving or pour over ice. Serves 4-6.
