Combine Vanilla Spice Chai brewed tea, citrus zests, and lime juice in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain out the zests using a fine mesh strainer (or cheesecloth).
Rinse out the sauce pan (or use a fresh one), and pour tea back in. Add the sugars and stir over low heat until dissolved.
Allow to cool down, then pour into a container with a lid. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
To serve, mix 1/4 cup tea syrup with 1 cup of club soda. Stir to combine.
