If you remember the Midwest Tea Festival, this is the updated version!
This year it will feature tea, coffee, and chocolate with in-depth classes & presentations (some included with admission, some have an additional cost), plus an exhibit floor with a variety of shopping and tastings.
Your ticket gets you in both days, and includes a reusable shopping tote, porcelain tasting cup, plus samples of tea, coffee and chocolate.
Classes and Deep Dive Tasting tickets are available to purchase online for an additional $5-50 each. You can see a complete list of classes here.
We’ll be teaching our Tea & Chocolate class on Sunday 10/20 at 3:45 PM. (You may add this for $20 per person.) You’ll discover the origins of these two timeless classics and how they complement each other. Then we’ll sample a trio of pairings, plus you’ll learn ways to incorporate tea and chocolate into both sweet and savory recipes.
