Chocolate Chai Crepes
- 1/2 cup Milk infused with Chocolate Spice Chai loose tea
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 Tbls Melted butter or oil
Place Chocolate Spice Chai loose tea in the milk and let it cold steep in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours), then use a strainer to remove the loose tea.
Combine egg and salt, then add some of the flour and milk and whisk. Add the rest of the flour and milk and whisk again. Mix in the butter or oil.
In a non-stick skillet, pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook until the surface no longer looks wet, then flip the crepe and brown the other side.
Serving Idea: Cover crepe with chocolate-hazelnut spread, cream cheese, and fresh sliced strawberries or peaches.
