Blueberry Vinaigrette

You know you should incorporate green tea into your diet, but just can’t seem to do it often enough. Well here’s a recipe that might help you get more excited — plus it features our favorite all-natural sweetener Zsweet® . It’s especially good on a spinach salad with some fresh blueberries sprinkled on top! ~ Alan

Blueberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbls Vinegar infused with Blueberries in Maine loose tea
  • 6 Tbls Canola oil
  • 1 packet Zsweet® all-natural sweetener
  • Salt, pepper & spices to taste

Instructions

  1. Place 3-4 teaspoons of Blueberries in Maine loose tea in the vinegar in saucepan and heat to steaming. Remove from heat and allow tea to steep in vinegar for about 3 minutes. Use a strainer to remove the loose tea.

  2. Combine all ingredients together and whisk in a bowl or shake in a salad shaker. Keep refrigerated until serving.
